About the organization:
Caesar Families Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to demanding truth, justice and reparations for victims of torture and enforced disappearance in Syria and supporting the families of victims who were tortured and imprisoned in Syrian regime detention centers and who appeared in the Caesar photographs.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize and organize work files on cloud storage platforms (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or AWS S3).
- Systematically categorizing files facilitates quick and secure access for relevant users.
- Periodic cleaning and updating of files, ensuring the removal of duplicates or unnecessary files.
- Set up electronic archiving systems that align with the nature of the association’s work.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security throughout all stages of data handling.
- Coordinate with other teams to understand their file needs and organize them accordingly.
- Monitor automatic and periodic backups of data stored in the cloud.
- Upload and upload large volumes of files efficiently and in an organized manner.
Qualifications and required skills:
- Previous experience in managing and organizing data or working with cloud storage systems.
- Excellent proficiency in using Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle large amounts of data and files quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of information security and backup fundamentals is a plus.
Terms and regulations:
- The applicant should have a laptop.
- The applicant should have a rapid internet connection.
- The applicant preferred to have a European bank account or have the ability to receive money through a European bank account.
