    We are a group of families that have lost loved ones under torture, our loved ones became the victims of forced disappearance in the Syrian regime’s prisons. We identified our relatives in the Ceasar photos which were leaked from the Syrian regime detention centres. We’ve been working together since February 2018 in Berlin to establish the Caesars Families Association (CFA).

     

    In order for us to achieve our goals, we need to collect evidence of human rights violations. The requested information is generally proof of your identity, your relation to the victims and information about the victims.

     

    We will share this information with our supporting organization, the Syrian Center for Media and Freedom of Expression (SCM), as they provide us with the documentation, investigation and archiving technology and tools. You will be contacted with our documentation staff to be properly informed of the use of collected data. Your data might be used for statistical purposes without any referral to your personal identity unless you consent otherwise.

     

    We are working on providing support to families of victims of Caesar photos. We aim to allocate resources for psycho-social support and legal support for all our members and families of victims. Our services -when available- will be for free as this is the purpose of the establishment of our association.

    Caesar Families Association was officially registered in Germany in 2019 as a charity under the number VR 37614B
